Grand Rapids Symphony performances are perfect for your club, church group, association, colleagues, friends or family. Tickets are available for most concerts at a significant group discounted rate. You can select from classical to pops - from morning coffee to afternoon matinee, to an evening on the town, or even a night under the summer stars!

What is the group discount rate?
You may be able to receive 10%–15% off your ticket prices and your 16th ticket is free. Call 616/454-9451, Ext. 45 for more details.
Is a deposit required?
Once we get an idea of your concert interests, group size and seating preferences, the Symphony will place a block of tickets on hold for your group. One-half of the total sale must be paid 30 days in advance of the concert date. The deposit, payable by check or VISA/MasterCard, will be credited toward your total balance.
When is final payment due?
The remaining balance on your order is due at least 10 business days in advance of the concert. The final payment may be made with a check or a VISA/Mastercard.
Can I change my order?
Yes. Group orders can be adjusted until the time of final payment, though seating is subject to availability. Once final payment has been made, there are no exchanges or ticket refunds.
Can my group sit together?
We will make every effort to seat all of the members of your group together. Unfortunately, this is not always possible. Make your reservations early for best seating options.
When will I receive my tickets?
Forget about waiting in long lines at the box office! After the final payment has been made, we will mail your tickets to you to disburse among your group members.
What About Handling Fees?
There is only a $12.00 charge for the entire order.
Concerts sell out in advance and group rates are not available at the door the day of the performance. All tickets, events and services subject to availability. No refunds. No exchanges. All sales are final.
