Concert Sponsorship
$15,000
In return for your support of the Fox Motors Pops Series Concert, the Sponsor will receive the following;
- The Sponsor will receive thirty complimentary tickets to the sponsored concert. (Value: $1,500)
- The Sponsor will receive recognition on the program page for the sponsored concert using the corporate logo. (Distribution: 25,000)
- The Sponsor will be recognized as the concert sponsor in an off-stage announcement prior to the sponsored performance. (penetration: 6,900 patrons maximum)
- The Sponsor will have a full-page, four-color ad which will appear in the program book opposite the program page. (Distribution: 25,000, Value: $1330)
- A banner at the sponsored concert will recognize the Sponsor as the Concert Sponsor.
- The Sponsor will be recognized in all four volumes of the Symphony’s regular season DeVos Performance Hall program book under the Corporate Council of a Thousand. (Distribution: 100,000)
- Any media releases or print advertisements created by our marketing department for the sponsored concert will list the Sponsor or will display the Sponsor logo if space is available. Advertisements may appear in the Grand Rapids Press, On the Town and Grand Rapids Magazine.
- Any special promotional mailings created by our marketing department to increase the sales of the Pops Series will recognize the Sponsor using the corporate logo. (possible distribution: 9,000 households)
- All brochures that list the sponsored concert will also list the Sponsor as the concert sponsor using type or logo when available. (approximate distribution: 90,000 households)
- Symphony season tickets will include the Sponsor logo on the concert tickets.
- The Symphony’s website, www.grsymphony.org, will recognize the Sponsor as a Pops series concert sponsor and a member of the Symphony’s Corporate Council of a Thousands.
- The Sponsor will have the opportunity to provide a 50-word, written testimonial and photo of choice representative to be featured in the DeVos Performance Hall regular season program book. (Distribution: 100,000)
- The Sponsor will be featured in all radio ads regarding the concert. (radio stations and artist management have the right to refuse this request)
- The Sponsor will have a subscription to and receive a listing throughout the season in the Symphony’s Newsletter “In Concert” as Corporate Council of a Thousand member. (Distribution: 23,000)
- The Sponsor would receive the opportunity to work with Symphony’s marketing department to leverage your sponsorship dollars.
