The Grand Rapids Symphony performs rain or shine, and cancels only in the case of dangerous weather. Concerts will be deemed complete if performed up to intermission. If a concert is cancelled due to weather prior to intermission, retain your ticket or ticket stub. The value of your ticket for a cancelled concert will be applicable toward the purchase of another D&W Fresh Market Picnic Pops concert (excluding special event) or a ticket to select Grand Rapids Symphony concerts held between September and May. (Excludes Special Events, Fox Motors Pops concerts, SymphonicBoom concerts, and other select concerts. Subject to change.) No rain exchange to concerts between September to May for FlexPasses.
